Neil is the Chief Executive Officer of Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc.
Immediately prior to joining Imperative Chemical Partners, Neil was the CEO at Pro-Ject Chemicals, LLC. Neil enjoyed a 24-year career with Baker Hughes in roles of increasing responsibility, including President of the Global Oilfield Chemicals Division. In addition, Neil held various Executive Management positions spanning Supply Chain, Operations, Sales & Marketing and Technology & Product line management. Following his time at Baker Hughes, Neil became the CEO of Kel-Tech, successfully integrating Kel-Tech and Danlin into a single US land business platform, and the CEO at Flowchem, LLC.
Neil holds a BSc in Applied Chemistry.
Ryan is the Chief Operating Officer of Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc. and leads Business Development, Operations, Acid, Frac and Capillary Services and Technical Services.
In 2007, Ryan began his career in the chemical industry with WadeCo Specialties, Inc. He held several leadership positions with WadeCo, including Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations and President. During his tenure, Ryan has managed supply chain, finance and accounting, field operations, human resources, risk and safety, and business development. He was instrumental in building out the senior leadership team. Ryan led several acquisitions during his tenure and was instrumental in WadeCo’s growth and success.
Ryan received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, where he was on a full athletic scholarship on the football team. While at Baylor, Ryan earned Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Week and All Big 12 Honorable Mention honors.
Ron is the Chief Financial Officer of Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc. and oversees finance, accounting. He has more than 30 years of experience in oil and gas accounting and finance functions.
Prior to joining Imperative, Ron was the CFO of several portfolio companies owned by Hastings Equity Partners including Reach Wireline, Powercor Services, and Hybrid Tool Solutions. Ron is a seasoned middle market CFO with senior-level experience in several oilfield services related businesses including Ulterra Drilling Technologies (drill bits), Permian Lide (above ground storage tanks), and Wood Group ESP (submersible pumps). Ron began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Oklahoma City.
Ron holds a BBA in Accounting from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.
Brandon is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc., overseeing Imperative’s key customer relationships and the risk management and HSE function.
Brandon began his career in energy services in 1987 working as a yard hand and in a blending plant. He joined Reef Services in 1993 and until his departure in 2010, held positions of increasing responsibility, including Manufacturing Manager, Mid-Continent Operations Manager, Mid-Continent Sales and Region Manager. Brandon founded and was President of Impact! Chemical Technologies from 2010 through 2018, overseeing all functional areas of the business.
Brandon is an active member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers, the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Permian Basin Association of Pipeliners.
