Randy McMullen

Randy is the Chief Executive Officer of Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc.

Since 2017, he has been an Operating Partner and is on the Portfolio Management team at Hastings Equity Group. From 2005 through 2016, Randy served in various roles, including CFO and CEO, for C&J Energy Services Inc., the leading provider of completion and workover services to the oil and gas industry. Randy helped manage the growth from $10 million in revenue to nearly $3.8 billion during his tenure. This growth was a result of expanding from one operating location to over 130 operating locations in all major basins in the U.S. and Western Canada. While at C&J, Randy led all M&A and financing arrangements, was responsible for financial reporting, oversaw the budgeting and forecasting process for all business lines, managed investor relations, managed relationships with both commercial and investment banks, and led significant integrations with acquired companies.

Randy received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Brandon Martin

Brandon is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc., overseeing Imperative’s midstream business, key customer relationships and the risk management and HSE function.

Brandon began his career in energy services in 1987 working as a yard hand and in a blending plant. He joined Reef Services in 1993 and until his departure in 2010, held positions of increasing responsibility, including Manufacturing Manager, Mid-Continent Operations Manager, Mid-Continent Sales and Region Manager. Brandon founded and was President of Impact! Chemical Technologies from 2010 through 2018, overseeing all functional areas of the business.

Brandon is an active member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers, the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Permian Basin Association of Pipeliners.

Cody Vogler

Cody is the Chief Financial Officer of Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc. and oversees the finance, accounting, supply chain and information technology functions. He has more than 15 years experience in energy services, and seven years of business consulting experience.

From 2014–2018, Cody was the CFO at WadeCo Specialties, Inc., where he led the finance and accounting functions and supported an acquisition-based growth strategy. From 2012–2014, Cody served as Vice President of Business Integration and Technology at Gravity Oilfield Services, Inc. (previously Globe Energy Services, LLC), where he led multiple acquisition efforts and developed the information technology function. From 2004–2012, Cody co-founded, managed and successfully exited an oilfield equipment manufacturing company. Cody began his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen, gaining experience in leading mergers and integrations, ERP implementation, process design and optimization, shared services and change management projects for a wide variety of clients.

Kate Demitrus

Kate is the General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources for Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc., overseeing the legal, human resources and communication functions.

Beginning in 2017, Kate consulted for and later joined WadeCo Specialties, Inc. as General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources. Kate began her career in the private practice of labor and employment law. Upon leaving private practice, she joined the Human Resources Leadership Development Program at Pratt & Whitney, assisting with collective bargaining, contract administration and policy development, recruiting, onboarding, training and development and performance and compensation management. Following this, Kate led the Human Resources function at Jacobs Vehicle Systems, a Danaher company and later led the Human Resources function for the Eastern Region of American Medical Response, an Envision Healthcare company. Kate has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Juris Doctor from Western New England University. She is an active member in the Permian Basin SHRM.

Ryan Havens

Ryan is the Senior Vice President of Operations of Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc. and leads Business Development, Operations, Acid, Frac and Capillary Services and Technical Services.

In 2007, Ryan began his career in the chemical industry with WadeCo Specialties, Inc. He held several leadership positions with WadeCo, including Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations and President. During his tenure, Ryan has managed supply chain, finance and accounting, field operations, human resources, risk and safety, and business development. He was instrumental in building out the senior leadership team. Ryan led several acquisitions during his tenure and was instrumental in WadeCo’s growth and success.

Ryan received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, where he was on a full athletic scholarship on the football team. While at Baylor, Ryan earned Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Week and All Big 12 Honorable Mention honors.
